Create awareness of interactive on-line marketing tactics that build customer relationships with trackable results

STRATEGY
Send an e-mail invitation (or postcard invitation) with a link to participate in a quick on-line poll about a topic with widespread interest where results are provided immediately to all who participate

RESULTS
37% of e-mail invitations were opened; 64% clicked through to the poll and 71% of those registered an opinion—all within 24 hours of the mailing

We Asked...
Dialogue is started with prospects and existing clients by sending either a postcard or e-mail invitation to answer one question in an on-line poll about a widely discussed topic—the importance of being “green” to their business; real-time poll results are immediately available to anyone who answers the question.

...and You Told Us
On-line poll is one screen—short and sweet. A submission prompts a page to display poll results and provide a link to more information at our web site. Tracking reports indicate number of e-mails opened, the number of votes cast and the click-through rate to web site. Analytics track web site activity.
